I need to get my head clear about the future of London, so now, I'm going to share them with you.
I have decided that LBS will be revived. This blog will be Great again..(well when i say again...)
Anyway, the 9 starts its NBfL run in October, so where do the VLE's go? Tolworth for the 57? Fulwell for the 131? But what about the 281? No body be thinking about that! I know it has the youngest TA's, so it is unlikley they would do this, so it is really either the 57, or the 131.
There are 25 VLE's. The 57's PVR is 26 plus the 613 bus, which is currently a VA/TA. VE9 also runs the 9, so this may transfer too. That gives Tolworth 26 new buses. What happens with the old Va's and TA's? Scrap? 265 allocation? I dont know.
Tolworth has space. Double decking the 265 is stupid, but possible(?). The K50 is coming up soon aswell, and they need buses for that. I'd imagine they would use 6 SDE's and some spare DPS'[s, thats what they always do, but rumors are spreading that a VLE (VLE5) is already at Tolworth.
